A: Yep! It's totally free! Planet SIX is a non-profit website, where all features of the site can be experienced cost-free!
Q: Do I have to sign up or register to use any features of the site?
A: We don't require sign ups or registration for any features with the exception of Club SIX. This means, that anyone can access the site features, participate, and experience them full force. In fact, our FORUM doesn't even require signing up, as anyone can participate by simply leaving their name!
Q: Why do a lot of the features require my email?
A: The only features that require a user's email are ones where users submit something such as the Extreme Zone challenges, Contact page, and Tip Submissions. This is so we can respond to you directly about your submission. This is also so we can notify you if you were correct or incorrect on the Fun Stuff challenges. Emails are kept 100% confidential, and are only used for a response.
Q: I found something wrong with the site, or I notice wrong info provided on the site. Who should I report it to and how?
A: Here at Planet SIX we take your issues with the site very seriously. Send the issue over to our Tech Support, and we'll be on it ASAP!
Q: I would love to work for Planet SIX, and help with the site. How can I do this?
A: Currently, there are no open opportunities to "work" for the site. However, we are looking for volunteers now and then.

A: If this occurs to you, it probably means that there was an issue or error in the email systems. Simply re-send your inquiry with a report of what happened to our support mail, [email protected] . We will email you a response as soon as possible.

A: Awesome! The Ride Guide always accepts photos of the various coasters and slides at Hurricane Harbor. If you have any, submit them here. If you're looking to share your photos with others in a gallery, join Club SIX!
