Everyone knows Google Maps, right? So most of you have probably either seen or used Street View? Well, it takes Google LOTS of their camera-mounted cars to provide the service with 360 degree views of roads, highways, and streets- In towns.. But who would've thought that Street View provides THEME PARKS in their loads of street shots as well? Yep, that's right- A select few theme parks including Disneyland Paris, Universal Orlando & Hollywood, Both Busch Gardens, Hershey Park, Sea World Orlando, and Legoland have FULL in-park views just like the streets they take pics of. Believe it or not, the Street View in these parks are actually quite interesting, especially catering to those who haven't been lucky enough to visit some of them. Just recently, a visitor at Six Flags Great Adventure snapped the shot below of Google taking pictures of the park on their innovative "trike". It might be a while before the photos are actually used in Street View, but the real question is; If Great Adventure could do it, could the other Six Flags parks including Magic Mountain follow their lead? 'Cause these virtual tours of theme parks are outstanding... Anyone else agree?
Yeah now I'm pretty sure sf great advanture will be in streetview.
This because I spotted the trike as well, at june 14th.
So google is making a lot of pictures from the park, nice I'm looking forward to see sfga in streetview!
I just don't think sfmm will google allow to make pictures untill every new coaster has opened.
Sfga has every new planned coaster opened already....
So I think you'll need to be patient:(
