Many enthusiasts have made the suggestion of a launched coaster (probably Intamin designed) running through Samurai Summit, racing around trees and shrubs. But, when you look at it, this would be a major engineering feat working around Ninja, Goldrusher, and the tons of shrubbery on the mountain. Instead, move that thought over to the old monorail layout. Of course, it was never designed for a rollercoaster, but with the footings there and the trees cleared for it, half of the work is already done.
The Samurai Summit monorail stop might not be quite big enough to be a coaster station, but at least it could serve as good tunnel action. If you haven't wandered up there yourself, the photos below show what the old station has for them to work with. If not that, there's always the High Sierra Territory station option or the Colossus County Fair station! Please keep in mind, that obviously these stations will have to be MAJORLY refurbished to be used.
